Tracy Kincaid, The Adventures of Casey the Lost Suitcase
LANGUAGE ARTS*Ideal for grades K-6, author Tracy Kincaid will discuss and demonstrate the writing process and provide two writing activities in conjunction with a "Reader's Theater."
Younger children, K-2, will enjoy hearing the story read to them. Mrs. Kincaid's program also includes the writing and illustrating process for younger children.

First in a series, The Adventures of Casey the Lost Suitcase is a true story of a lost suitcase that ended up much more traveled than its owner!
The Adventures of Casey takes the reader from West Virginia to an exciting, unplanned European adventure for Casey who gets lost at the beginning of the trip at the airport. Casey’s owner is going to Italy but Casey lands in England. Many nice people try to help Casey get to the right destination but he has a series of very interesting stops along the way!
Children love to decide what to pack in Casey for a long trip and will enjoy Casey’s new friends he meets as he passes from airport to airport. Kincaid also illustrated the book and her delightful drawings are incorporated into a series of paper dolls, games, quizzes, and activities.
Author Tracy Kincaid has six years of home-schooling experience. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Concord University, Athens, WV with an emphasis on elementary education.
